Winiford "Sissy" O'Hearn

Winfred “Sissy” O’Hearn, age 83, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Saturday morning, June 12, 2021 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Donalsonville Church of God with Rev. Phillp Kirkland and Wilton Albritton officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Memorial Gardens with Kyle Moulton, Marcus Davis, Joey Norton, Tyler Wilson, Chase Smith, P. J. Phillips, and Burt Williams serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Donalsonville Church of God. Mrs. O’Hearn was born in Donalsonville, GA on January 17, 1938 to Carl Johnson and Jettie Lou Johnson. A woman of many names, Winifred, Sissy, Patricia, Mama, Flossy, Big Nan, Nan, TootToot, Nana, Aunt Sissy, Sister Sissy, Mrs. O’Hearn was a cook at Broadway Café in Ashford, AL. She loved cooking especially baking, taking care of her flowers, fishing and spending time with her pride and joy, her grandchildren. Mrs. O’ Hearn was a faithful member of Donalsonville Church of God. She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Robert “Mickey” Norton (Jeanne) of Donalsonville, GA, Penny Moulton (Steve) of Jakin, GA, Tina Broxton (Rondal) of Iron City, GA, Barbara Wilson (Steve Spann) of Ashford, AL, Cliff Smith (Lisa) of Kinsey, AL, Lowell Smith (Wendy) of Ashford, AL, Dennis O’Hearn (Debbie) of Donalsonville, GA, and Debra Sharpe of Statesboro, GA; and her brother, Lowell Johnson of Donalsonville, GA. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Crystal Williams (Bert), Joey Norton (Jessica), Kyle Moulton (Ginger Bowen), Laura Lane, Erin Christenberry, Marcus Davis (Monique), Stephanie Hayes (Justin), Stephanie Mason (Corey), Rhonda Allen (Keith), Tyler Wilson, Megann DuPriest, Erica Drew (Ben), Valorie Scarborough (Jeffery), P.J. Phillips, Chase Smith (Kaitlyn), Noah Smith, Haley O’Hearn, Neal Moulton (Elizabeth), Elizabeth Sharpe, Andrea Deal (Clark); and her great grandchildren, Harlieanne Williams, Creek Williams, Reese Norton, Daniel “Bluebird” Norton, Bowen Lane, Leyland Davis, Abbie Allen, Kaylean Allen, Brynn Mason, Macie DuPriest, Mylee DuPriest, Allie, Benion Drew, Faith Drew, Ryder “Little Man” Scarborough, Parker Lamb, Kaydee Lamb, Kameron Deal, Kaylee Deal, Tenly Mercer, Carol Ann Moulton, Jase Moulton, and Rhett Moulton; and her great-great grandchildren, Vivianne Lamb and Rowen Lamb. Mrs. O’Hearn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill O’Hearn; her siblings, Ruthie Maxwell, Pearl Korner, Luke Johnson, Gladys Kroll, Joseph Johnson, and Brad Johnson.
