WILLIAM HEYWARD LYNN

William Heyward Lynn, age 70, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Sunday, Dec. 16, 2018 at his residence. A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Salem-Seminole with Ronnie Joe Shiver officiating.  Mr. Lynn was born in Donalsonville, GA on July 6, 1948 to Fred Elijah Lynn and Emma Chance Lynn.  He received his electrical certificate from technical college and worked for many years as an electrical foreman in the powerhouse at Georgia Pacific.  Mr. Lynn was of the Baptist Faith.  He was passionate about farming and his cows. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Debbie Smith Lynn of Donalsonville, Ga; his daughter, Tammy Ann Lynn Tucker of Tallahassee, FL, and his sons, William Heyward Lynn, Jr. and his wife Michelle of Donalsonville, GA and Tommy Lynn and his wife April of Lucille, GA.  He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brian Alday, Hunter Lynn, Courtney Lynn, Kyle Everson, Tucker Lynn and Milana Lynn, as well as his great grandchildren, Erin June Alday, Little Brian Alday, and Dawson Poole. Mr. Lynn was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Elijah Lynn and Emma Chance Lynn; his siblings, F.E. Lynn, Harris Lynn, Claude Lynn, Emory Lynn, and Shirley Jenkins; and a granddaughter, Amy Alday.
