Anyone who knew Vivian knew she loved her family more than anything else on earth. Though her heavenly spirit may have passed from this earth, she will live on forever in the hearts and minds of all those she loved and who loved her. Vivian was born into this world on September 1, 1950 to Varley and Helen Sanford in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. She was the youngest of 4 children growing up, the late Sharon Powers, the late Ed Sanford, and Patricia (Jim) Falowski of North Carolina. Vivian’s greatest love lay in the love she lavished on her family. She went on to give birth to 5 beautiful children, who gave her the gift of more children through love. She spent her entire life serving others and one of her proudest accomplishments was earning her Walmart Discount Card for life due to her 15 years of dedicated service. The legacy she leaves in the children she raised and the lives she touched will live on forever. She was truly one of a kind! Survivors include daughter Debra Louise Jones, son Christopher Lee (Alda) Jones, Jeanne Lea (Hugh) Durden, Daniel Lee (Shelley) Jones, and Cheryl (Ondrej) Smudek.
