TIFFANY JANETTE SHEFFIELD VARGAS

Tiffany Janette Sheffield Vargas, age 37, of Jakin, GA, passed away Thursday, Feb. 6, 2025, at the family home.

Funeral services for Tiffany will be held on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Springfield Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Chapman, and Rev. Billy Garrett officiating. Burial will follow in Jakin Cemetery with Kevion Fedd, Mitchel Sheffield, Tommy Hayes Sheffield, Michael Drake, Carey Carter, Jeremy Pritchett, Dylan Jackson, Josh Nobles, and Michael Alday serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Ms. Vargas was born on August 31, 1987 in Colquitt, GA to Michael Sheffield and Beverly Pritchett. She enjoyed fishing and her dog. She loved her family and spending time with them and her friends.

She is survived by her mother, Beverly Pritchett of Jakin, GA; her maternal grandmother, Bevolene Pritchett of Jakin, GA; her sons, Neal Everett Sheffield of Jakin, GA, Carlos Vargas Sheffield of Donalsonville, GA, Elfredo “Freddy” Vargas of Jakin, GA; her sisters, Tamara Sheffield (Kent Teall) of Donalsonville, GA, Magen Greene (Josh) of Crawfordville, FL and Rebecca Sheffield of Donalsonville, GA; her brothers, Tommy Sheffield (Sarah) of Donalsonville, GA and Mitchel Sheffield (Charley) of Tifton, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Ms. Vargas was preceded by her father, Michael Sheffield; her nephew, Joseph Sheffield; her maternal grandfather, Claude Pritchett; and her paternal grandmother, Jeanette Whatley.
