Tammy Sue Toliver Bishop, age 58, of Damascus, GA passed away Sunday morning, Nov. 24, 2024, at her residence.
Memorial services for Mrs. Bishop will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. John Nunes officiating.
Mrs. Bishop was born in Tallahassee, FL on Feb. 12, 1966, to William Frank Toliver, Jr. and Judy Ruth Seymour Toliver. She graduated from college as a registered nurse and retired from the Whigham Nursing Home. Mrs. Toliver loved the outdoors, taking care of her plants, and fishing. Cooking was one of her favorite things to do for her family. She loved her family and helping others. Tammy was of the Baptist Faith.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Kory Toliver, William Toliver, and Andrew Blake Toliver all of Damascus, GA; her grandchildren, Ashlyn Saige Toliver and Brady Dain Toliver; her siblings, Shirley Ann Singleton of Banks, AL, Billy Toliver and wife Diane of Bainbridge, GA, Sheila West and husband Benny of Colquitt, GA, Robert Talliaferro and wife Wendy of Dothan, AL, and Debbie Clinton of Donalsonville, GA. Also surviving is her sister-in-law, Sherry Fain of Cairo, GA, as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
Mrs. Bishop was preceded in death by her parents, William Frank Toliver, Jr. and Judy Toliver Pye; her husband, Michael Bishop; and her daughter, Ashley Nichole Toliver.
