SYBLE SARAH GAY WILLIAMS

Syble Sarah Gay Williams, age 95, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Saturday evening, June 6, 2020 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home in Donalsonville, GA. The family will be having a private graveside service at Union Primitive Cemetery in Miller County. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Integrity Cares 303 E. Shotwell St. Bainbridge, GA 39817. Mrs. Williams was born in Colquitt, GA on October 12, 1924 to Henry Jackson Gay and Alice Frances Daniels Gay. She worked in production at Patchogue in Decatur County, GA until her retirement. Mrs. Williams was a private sitter/caregiver and loved volunteering at Decatur-Seminole Training Center. She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Anthony Williams and his wife Gloria of Iron City, GA; one grandson, Justin Williams of Iron City, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Jackson Gay and Alice Frances Daniels Gay; her husband, Eugene Williams; a grandson, Whitney Allen Williams; her sisters, Ruby Bundy, Ozzie Johnson, Eddie Lou King, Essie Mae Gay, Audrey Gay, and Bessie Swearingain; a brother, Thomas Jackson Gay; and several nieces and nephews.
