STEVEN DALE JACKSON

Steven Dale Jackson, age 72, of Jakin, GA, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at his residence.

 No services are being planned at this time.

 Mr. Jackson was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on September 17, 1952, to Colin Dale Jackson and Martha Brown Jackson. He served his country in the United States Marines and worked with the petroleum industry union as a driller on oil rigs. Mr. Jackson enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

 He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Terilynn Jackson of Jakin, GA; his step-mother, Carol Jackson of Reno, NV; his children, Jake Dale Jackson and wife Victoria of Panama City, FL, Justin Steven Jackson of Milner, GA, and Falon Danielle Jackson of Jakin, GA; and his grandchildren, Acyn Jackson, Tanner Jackson, Addelynn Jackson, Emma Jackson, Mykah Rouse, Olivia Jackson, and Mack Jackson. Also surviving are his sisters, Teresa Ballingham and husband Doug of Oklahoma, Wanda Jackson and husband Scott Gilovan of Reno, Nevada, Susie Chapman and husband Charles of Clayton County, GA, and Jeannie Knowles and husband Burt of Georgia; as well as several nieces and nephews.

 Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by his parents, Colin Dale Jackson and Martha Brown Smallwood, as well as his grandparents, Mack and Lilly Jackson.
