SAMMY J. TICE

Sammy J. Tice, age 75, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Tuesday morning, June 23, 2020 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Tony Mock officiating. Interment following at Salem-Seminole Baptist Church Cemetery with Jacob Jackson, Josh Cook, Daylon Tice, Bryan Kirkland, John Robinson, and Dewey Moore serving as casketbearers. Honorary casketbearers will be Ryland Cook, Bowen Kirkland, and Landyn Cook. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mr. Tice was born in Midland City, AL on May 10, 1945 to Myrtice Tice. He worked as a mechanic. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Pauline Kirkland of Donalsonville, GA; his children, Kenneth Tice (Dalene), Lavon Tice (Cindi), Tammy Henry, April Killebrew, Tim Tice (Doreen), Tara Rey (Stacy), and Jason Tice. Mr. Tice was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Myrtice Tice and Luscious Golden; and a son, Sammy Joe Tice, Jr. Arrangements entrusted to Evans-Skipper Funeral Home.
