PHILLIP "PIP" RONALD MIZELL

Phillip “Pip” Ronald Mizell, age 75, of Smith Station, AL, passed away Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, at Loving Touch Assisted Living.

 No services are being planned.

 Mr. Mizell was born in Axson, Georgia, on Jan. 30, 1949, to George Carr Mizell and Winniefred Hill Mizell. He was a heavy equipment operator and served his country in the US Army. 

 He leaves to cherish his memory, his sons, Ricky Mizel and Brigid of Sumter, SC and Daniel Mizell of Dothan, AL; his daughter, Dee Dee Mizell Davis and Gary of Springfield, SC; his sister, Brenda Godby and husband Lewis of Donalsonville, GA; as well as his grandchildren, Lea M. Mitchell, Austin Mizell, Brittany Hamilton, Anthony Ciano, Michael Flynn, Cameron Davis, Owen Davis, and Clay Davis; and two great grandchildren.

 Mr. Mizell was preceded in death by his parents, George Carr Mizell and Winniefred Hill Mizell; brothers, Danny Michael Mizell, William Mizell, James Mizell, and Donald Mizell; and sister, Maureen Johnson.
