PATSY ANN HICKS ENFINGER

Patsy Ann Hicks Enfinger,  age 80, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Thursday evening, December 21, 2023, at Calhoun Nursing Home in Edison, GA surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services for Mrs. Enfinger will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. James Scarborough officiating.  Interment will follow in Oakview Church of God Cemetery with Koby Smith, Doug Smith, Chris Thompson, Colin Rogers, Tanner Martin, and Kaleb Childs serving as active pallbearers.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 2:00 at the funeral home.  Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.

Mrs. Enfinger was born in Decatur County on October 1, 1943, to Thomas and Beatrice Hale Hicks.  She was a homemaker, well known for the wonderful care and love she gave to all the children she has provided childcare for over the years.  Through her home daycare, she has touched the lives of many. Mrs. Enfinger enjoyed working in her flowers and she loved her family very much, her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her pride and joy.  She loved God to the fullest and was a member of New Harvest Worship Center.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 62 years, Herman Enfinger of Donalsonville, GA; her children, Michael Enfinger of Sylvester, GA, Kevin Enfinger and his wife Stephanie of Iron City, GA, and Sheryl Rogers and her husband Barry of Jakin, GA; her grandchildren, Kyla Simpson and husband Tyler, Jared Rogers, Colin Rogers, Laekyn Enfinger, Syndal Collins, Tanner Martin, and Kaleb Childs; and her great grandchildren, Bowen Simpson and Ellie Rae Simpson.

Mrs. Enfinger was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Beatrice Hale Hicks, as well as her brother, Ladell Hicks, and son, Kyle Enfinger.
