PAMELA ANN BENTON JORDAN

Pamela "Pam" Benton Jordan, age 62, of Bascom, FL passed away Friday, December 8, 2023, at Jackson Hospital in Marianna, FL.

Graveside services for Mrs. Jordan will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 11:00 CST at Hickory Grove Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Bascom, FL. The family will visit with friends immediately following the service.

Mrs. Jordan was born in Donalsonville, GA on November 18, 1961, to Samuel and Ruby Layton Benton.  She was a high school graduate and member of Hickory Grove Freewill Baptist Church.

Mrs. Jordan was a homemaker and loved hunting and fishing. She was a true outdoors person.  Pam also had worked at Bryan’s Hardware for several years.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, but the most enjoyment came from taking care of her grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Steve Jordan of Bascom, FL; her children, Clayton Jordan and his wife Bridget of Bascom, FL and Adam Jordan and his wife Miranda of Graceville, FL; her brothers, Don Benton and wife Martha of Malone, FL, Steve Benton and wife Jerri of Marianna, FL, and Tim Benton and wife Sheila of Malone, FL; and sister, Paula Wright and husband Gene of Malone, FL. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Chloe Jordan, Trenton Jordan, Natalie Jordan, and Cara Jordan., as well as several nephews and nieces.

Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Ruby Layton Benton, and two brothers, Max Benton and Travis Benton.
