LISA TEMPLES

Lisa Kay Varnum Temples, age 57, of Damascus, GA, passed away Friday evening, December 8, 2023, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA.

Funeral services for Mrs. Temples will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Home.  Interment will follow in Crossroads Cemetery in Damascus, GA.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Temples was born in Donalsonville, GA on Feb. 28, 1966, to Clarence Varnum and Lucy Pearl Benton Varnum.  She was a homemaker who loved her family and was very involved in the lives of her grandchildren.  She always put others first and was always doing for others.  She was a very loving and giving person.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Michelle Cooper of Damascus, GA and Blake Temples (Judy Faircloth) of Blakely, GA.  Also surviving are her grandchildren, Logan Temples and Addison Temples, along with numerous nephews and nieces. 

Mrs. Temples was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Varnum and Lucy Pearl Benton Varnum; her husband Robin Temples; and three brothers, Allen Varnum, Ricky Varnum, and Ronnie Varnum.
