KEITH BRACKIN

Allen Keith Brackin, age 73, of Brinson, GA, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024, at his residence.

 A graveside memorial service will be held on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM at New Enterprise Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Lyle Brackin officiating.  

 Keith was born in Jacksonville, FL on October 5, 1950, to Wyatt Bibb Brackin and Beulah Grace Braswell Brackin. He was engaged in farming most of his life and retired from Bridges Farm. Keith was a member of New Enterprise Freewill Baptist Church, he had a loving heart and a giving heart. Keith loved tractors, and farming and working with tractors and his hands wasn’t a job to him but a passion. He enjoyed collecting rocks, always bringing some home from the field he had been working in at the time. Keith was always making sure to keep his family supplied with vegetables, sweet corn and carrots, especially this time of the year, but his favorite thing was a hot from the oven coconut cake.

 He leaves to cherish his memory, his brothers, Phil Brackin and his wife Vickie of Bainbridge, GA, Ray Brackin and his wife Joy of Brinson, GA, and Tim Brackin and his wife LuJane of Brinson, GA; his sister, Janet Whittaker and her husband Steve of Donalsonville, GA; nieces and nephews, Katina Kirkland and her husband Michael, Kelli Ponder and her husband Philip, Lyle Brackin and his wife Amanda, Lauren Pearce, Melissa Fiveash and her husband Jared, and Gaines Pearce; as well as numerous great nieces and great nephews.

 Mr. Brackin was preceded in death by his parents, Wyatt Bibb Brackin and Beulah Grace Braswell Brackin, as well as his nephew, Austin Brackin.
