JOSEPH EDWARD "JOE" RIDLEHOOVER

Joseph Edward “Joe” Ridlehoover, age 78, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Monday, January 10, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Ridlehoover will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Merritt and Rev. Anthony Glover officiating. Interment will follow in Hebrew Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Ridlehoover was born in Donalsonville, GA on March 19, 1943 to Herbert and Susie Virginia Atkinson Ridlehoover. He was a graduate of Seminole County High School and was retired from Agri-Afc. Mr. Ridlehoover had worked as a fertilizer plant operator for many years. He was a member of Hebrew Freewill Baptist Church and loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Spending time with family was high atop Mr. Ridlehoover’s list of things he loved to do and his grandchild was at the tip top of the list. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Lucia Ann Ridlehoover of Donalsonville, GA; his children, Jody Ridlehoover and wife Jill of Douglas, GA and Coleta Ridlehoover of Albany, GA; his grandchildren, Avery and Joey; his sisters, Sandra Ausley of Iron City, GA and Linda Adams of Donalsonville, GA; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mr. Ridlehoover was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Virginia Atkinson Ridlehoover.
