John "Johnny" Hill

John “Johnny” David Hill, age 82, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Sunday evening, April 17, 2022 at the Donalsonville Hospital. Graveside services for Mr. Hill will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Friendship Memorial Gardens with Rev. Nate Lehman. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Friendship United Methodist Men’s Sunday School Class. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Mr. Hill was born in Bainbridge, GA on July 28, 1939 to Collie Edward Hill, Sr. and Evelyn Gause Hill. Mr. Hill was an insurance salesman and financial planner. He was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church, the Methodist Men’s Sunday School Class, the Donalsonville Lion’s Club and the Mason’s. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Faye Ellen Loyless Hill of Donalsonville, GA; his children; David Hill and his wife Alana Hill of Donalsonville, GA; John Hill and his wife Sue of Bainbridge, GA; Patrick Hill and his wife Karen of Donalsonville, GA and Meri Inez Hill of Dothan, AL; his grandchildren; Christopher Dane Hill, Shannon Reynolds, Spencer Stewart, Alison Daniel, April Floyd and Kacie Hill; and his great grandchildren; Adelyn Reynolds, AnnaLane Stewart, Bryson Reynolds, McKade Reynolds, Bailey Floyd, Ryder Floyd, Lorelei Daniel and Reid Daniel. Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his parents, Collie Edward Hill, Sr. and Evelyn Gause Hill; his brothers; Collie Hill, Jr. and Kenneth Hill; and his sister Edwena Durham. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
