IVA SEWELL

Ms. Iva Sewell, age 91, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Friday, Oct. 4, 2019 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services for Ms. Sewell will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Jakin Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Sheffield officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 10:00 AM at the church.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity or organization of your choice. Ms. Sewell was born on August 21, 1928 in Echo, AL to Irving and Lois Slay Sewell. Ms. Sewell worked in farming, dry cleaning and as a security guard. She had been a member of Jakin Free Will Baptist Church since 1947. Ms. Sewell is survived by numerous cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Irving and Lois Slay Sewell.
