Gloria Jane Harris

Mrs. Gloria Harris, age 68, of Donalsonville, GA passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at her residence. No services are being planned at this time. Mrs. Harris was born in Seminole County, GA on October 22, 1953 to Willie Lee and Christine Hall Elmore. She loved to fish and spent many days on the water. Mrs. Harris was known for her cooking and found complete joy in making sure her family was well fed and that no one missed a meal. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and held a special place in her heart. She leaves to cherish her memory, her companion of 26 years Son Anderson, her sons, Stephen and Dwayne Harris, her grandchildren, Stephen Micheal Harris, Danny Eaton, Zane Michael Harris, Baylee Harris, Chyanne Harris, and Christian Harris, her sisters, Pat Lokey and Susie Elmore. Mrs. Harris is preceded in death by her parents, Willie Lee and Christine Elmore, her son Michael Harris, and her brothers, James Elmore and Bobby Joe Wombles. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Joanna Hatfield and the staff of Kindred Hospice for the care that was given to Gloria.
