Gloria Hatcher Whitehead Alday

Gloria Hatcher Whitehead Alday, age 81, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Saturday morning, January 21, 2023 at Southeast Health in Dothan, AL.

The family will hold a private memorial at a later date.

Mrs. Alday was born in Camilla, GA on June 29, 1941 to Albert and Helen Cannon Hatcher.  She was a homemaker.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Stacey Dupree and her husband Mike and their son Brad all of Donalsonville, GA and Donna Hill of Ripley, Mississippi; her three sisters, Judy (Stan) Childers of Clemson, SC, Sandra (Bernie) York of Meigs, GA, and Dell (Howard) Holton of Lee County, GA, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Alday was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Helen Cannon Hatcher; her husbands, S.L. Whitehead and Bobby Alday; two sisters, June Hatcher and Joann (Bobby) Tinsley; and two brothers, Coleman Hatcher (Velma) and Robert "Bob" Hatcher (Jan).
