GEORGE WAYNE SHEALY

George Wayne Shealy, age 70, of Bainbridge, GA passed away Monday evening, July 11, 2022 at his residence. No services are scheduled at this time. Mr. Shealy was born in Birmingham, AL on Feb. 22, 1952 to Robert and Gertie Cooper Shealy. He served his country in the United States Army and was a truck driver. Mr. Shealy was of the Baptist faith. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Trudy Shealy of Bainbridge, GA; his daughters, Patricia Cherry and husband Gene of Donalsonville, GA and Mary Haas of Bainbridge, GA; his brother, Ricky Shealy and wife Renee of Quinton, AL; his grandchildren, Kailee Anderson and husband Holden, Kai William Hilbert, II, Christopher Boughton, Kelsie Haas, Chuckie Akam, Brenda Georgee and husband Rick, Diane Cherry, Doug Cherry, and Levi Cherry; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Shealy was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Gertie Cooper Shealy; his brother, Rod Shealy; his sister, Lynn Watts; and his son, Kai Hilbert.
