GENEVA INGRAM GILBERT

Geneva Ingram Gilbert, age 89, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Southeast Health in Dothan, AL. Graveside service for Mrs. Gilbert will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Friendship Memorial Gardens in Donalsonville, GA with Pastor Ricky Dobson officiating. Casketbearers will be Matt McCall, Andy Penn, Braidden Bagwell, Tanner Cole, Gaven Cole and Stephen Woodham. Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines. Mrs. Gilbert was born in Seminole County, GA on August 15, 1932 to Emmett Ingram and Pearl Miller. She was a homemaker and loved her family and spending time with them all. She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Michael Gilbert of Donalsonville, GA; her daughters, Marsha Shelley (Don) of Jakin, GA and Donna Hilson (Lewis) of Dothan, AL; her granddaughters, Tonya McCall (Matt) and Tabitha Penn (Andy); and her great grandchildren, Braidden Bagwell, Tanner Cole, Gaven Cole, Olivia Cole, and Stephen Woodham. Mrs. Gilbert was preceded in death by her parents, Emmett Ingram and Pearl Miller; her husband, Marshall Gilbert; her brother, Malcome “Buddy” Ingram; and her sister, Blanche Dobson. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Evans-Skipper Funeral Home.
