ELOYCE FAIRCLOTH GOOCHER

Eloyce Faircloth Goocher, age 83, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Tuesday morning, Sept. 15, 2020 at Great Gran’s Personal Care Home. A memorial service will be announced for a later date and time. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you memorialize her in your own way or make a contribution to the organization of your choice. Mrs. Goocher was born on Sept. 28, 1936 to Arthur and Ada Harlow Faircloth. She was a homemaker and worked for a number of years as the church secretary for Friendship United Methodist Church. Mrs. Goocher was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church and as long as she was able she was an active member of the Methodist Women and participated in other church activities. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Jill Miley and husband Kenny of Donalsonville, GA; her sons, Robert Goocher and wife Jan of Clayton, GA and Bill Goocher and wife Cathy of Duendin, FL; as well as numerous beloved grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Goocher was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ada Harlow Faircloth; her husband, Lamar Goocher; and her siblings, Ralph Horne, Hardy Horne, Virginia Grubbs, and Joye McLaughlin.
