Earl Ellis

Mr. Earl Ellis, age 96, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home in Donalsonville, GA. Mr. Ellis’ wishes were no services to be held. Mr. Ellis was born in Bonify, FL on March 27, 1925 to Dallas Ellis and Lillian Harkass Ellis. He worked for Great Southern Papermill for over 40 years. He enjoyed fishing when he could and spending time with the second love of his life, his dog, Sally. He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Glenda Roberts of Iron City, GA; his grandchildren Jada Davies of Jacksonville, FL and Sable Roberts of Panama; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Downing and Marcus Davies both of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Ellis was preceded in death by his parents, Dallas Ellis and Lillian Harkass Ellis, and his wife, Jimmie Whiddon Ellis; his sister, Minnie Lee Thibus; and his brothers, Edgar Ellis and James Ellis.
