DONNA BLEICH LEAVERTON

Donna Faye Bleich Leaverton, age 75, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Friday, December 22, 2023, at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare in Tallahassee, FL.

The family will hold a memorial visitation on Saturday morning, December 23, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home.

Mrs. Leaverton was born in Maryville, Missouri on August 26, 1948, to Otto Bleich and Hazel Carmichael Bleich.  She and her husband, Eddie, operated the thrift store on East 2^nd Street in Donalsonville and managed Seminole County Auction Highest Bidder Wins on Facebook.  She enjoyed visiting with people and meeting new people at the thrift store.  She enjoyed traveling and antiquing, and she loved her fur babies.  Her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, were her pride and joy.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Edward “Eddie” Leaverton of Donalsonville, GA; her children, Eddie Leaverton, Jr. and his wife Kathy of Stewartsville, Missouri and Lisa Leaverton and Rob Sowards of St. Joseph, Missouri; her sister, Debbie Swafford and her husband Joe of St. Joseph, Missouri; and her brother, Otto Bleich and his wife Connie of St. Joseph, Missouri.  Also surviving are her grandchildren, Eddie Leaverton, III and his wife Kylee, Josh Leaverton and his wife Marie, and Powell Cornelius and his wife Hope, as well as her great grandchildren, Cordie Leaverton, Keian Leaverton, Aubree Leaverton, Noah Leaverton, Thea Leaverton, and Cain Cornelius.  Several nieces also survive.

Mrs. Leaverton was preceded in death by her parents, Otto Bleich and Hazel Carmichael Bleich.
