CLAY EUGENE ALDAY

Clay Eugene Alday, age 57, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Sunday evening, January 8, 2023, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, GA. Memorial services for Mr. Alday will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Slade Alday officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Alday was born October 20, 1965, in Dothan, AL to Larry Eugene and Jean Ingram Alday. He worked for a number of years as a maintenance mechanic for the Georgia Pacific Pulp Mill. Mr. Alday was a graduate of Seminole County High School Class of 1983 and a member of First Baptist Church of Donalsonville. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved spending time with his family, especially his sons. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Jean Alday of Donalsonville, GA; his sons, Benjamin Alday (Kaiti Tatlock) of Cullman, AL and Andrew Alday (Timothy Matthews) of Reading, Pennsylvania; his stepson, Ryan Ross (Rachel Ramirez) of Round Rock, TX; and his brother, Keith Alday and his wife Brigitte of Milaca, MN. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as the mother of his children, Rajeana Alday. Mr. Alday was preceded in death by his father, Larry Eugene Alday.
