BRYAN HILL McMILLAN

Bryan Hill McMillan, age 84, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away Sunday morning, November 03, 2024, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA.

 Funeral services for Mr. McMillan will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Oakview Church of God with Rev. Jimmy Walden officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Jazz McMillan, Glenn McMillan, Jr., Josh Jones, Patrick McMillan, Caishon Hutto, and Cody Phillips serving as active pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, November 5, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home.

 Mr. McMillan was born in Donalsonville, GA on December 25, 1939, to Charlie B McMillan and Mazie Merita Robinson McMillan. He was self-employed in construction work and loved to fish and play the lottery. His favorite way to spend his time was being with family and his doggie, “Fisher”, whom he loved very much. Mr. Bryan was a “simple man”, it didn’t take much to please him. He attended Oakview Church of God.

 He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Raymond McMillan and wife Melody of Donalsonville, GA, Diane Harrell and husband Red of Colquitt, GA, Glenn McMillan and wife Debbie of Colquitt, GA, Lee McMillan of Colquitt, GA, Audrey Ingram and husband Murry of Colquitt, GA, Georgia Jones and husband William of Donalsonville, GA, Brantley McMillan and wife Brittany of Donalsonville, GA, Bruce McMillan and wife Leah of Valdosta, GA, Rocky Phillips and wife Tammy of Donalsonville, GA, Latharo Phillips of Donalsonville, GA, and Chad Phillips of Donalsonville, GA; 48 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and great great great grandchildren. 

 Mr. McMillan was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie B McMillan and Mazie Merita Robinson McMillan; his wife, Maxine McMillan; his brothers, Hayes McMillan, Leonard McMillan, and Carl McMillan; his sisters, Vera Nell McAnnally and Juanita McKellar; and children, Melissa McMillan, Lougenia Hunt, Tony Phillips, Randy Phillips, and Terry Phillips.
