Bradley Ladon Burke, age 57, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Friday morning, Sept. 4, 2020 at his residence. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday evening, Sept. 8, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Honorary pallbearers will be William Hatcher, Doug Lane, Hank Pumphrey, Will Cunningham, Thomas Vines, Ben Cunningham, and Jordan Harris. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 5:30 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Burke was born in Donalsonville, GA on Jan. 5, 1963 to Ladon and Linda Broxton Burke. He was a truck driver and drove for Ranger Transportation and Cloverleaf Gin. Mr. Burke enjoyed being a Boy Scout Leader for many years and enjoyed his years coaching baseball and softball with the Seminole County Recreation Dept. Fishing was also an enjoyable pastime for him. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Angie Burke of Donalsonville, GA; his mother, Linda Burke of Iron City, GA; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Willard and Betty Mims of Donalsonville, GA; his children, Justin Burke and Carlee Burke both of Donalsonville, GA; his granddaughter, Nicole Grace; his sister, Lola Givens and her husband Allen of Donalsonville, GA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Burke was preceded in death by his father, Ladon Burke and his sister, Bridgette Powell. The family is receiving friends at the Mims Barn located at 7019 Ned Alday/River Road Donalsonville, GA.
