ANNETTE McDANIEL

Annette Miller McDaniel, age 86, of Iron City, GA passed away Wednesday morning, May 30, 2018 at her residence.   Funeral services for Mrs. McDaniel will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Donalsonville Church of God with Rev. Phillip Kirkland and Rev. Joe Tatum officiating.  Interment will follow in Corinth Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Ken Gordon, Chris Gordon, Mike Adams, Larry McDaniel, Drew Thompson, and Isaac Long serving as active casketbearers.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 10:00 AM at the church.   Mrs. McDaniel was born in Donalsonville, GA on December 14, 1931 to Lonnie Miller and Allie Mae Ingram Miller.  She enjoyed traveling, spending time with family and friends. She was a member of Donalsonville Church of God and loved her church and church family. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Marilyn Gordon and her husband Buddy of Iron City, GA; her son, David McDaniel and his wife Marilyn of Gainesville, FL; her grandchildren, Ken Gordon and his wife Jennifer of Colquitt, GA, Chris Gordon of Iron City, GA, Larry McDaniel of Gainesville, FL, and Stacey Whiddon and her husband Phillip of Gainesville, FL. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Kelly Lane, Kendall Gordon, Konner Gordon, Charlie Whiddon, Maya Whiddon, and Elijah Whiddon.    Mrs. McDaniel was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Calvin McDaniel; a son, Darry McDaniel; and her brother, Doyle Miller.   Arrangements entrusted to Evans-Skipper Funeral Home.
