Funeral services for Mrs. Floyd will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Dr. Ron McCaskill officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Charlie Floyd of Tallahassee, FL; daughter, Kay Herring Simpson of Ashville, NC; brother, Gerald Cheshire and his wife Kathy of Warner Robins, GA; sister, Patricia Cheshire Williams of Tallahassee, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leamon Porter and Eva Anna Arnold Cheshire. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
