We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Alvis Coy Moulton, age 80, of Jakin, GA who passed away Monday, October 11, 2010 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Jimmy Waldon officiating. Interment will follow in Corinth Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 PM EST at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mr. Moulton was born in Early County, GA on December 19, 1929 to the late Alvis and Ruby Williams Moulton. He was a member of Unity Church of God and was a truck driver and a farmer. He is survived by three sons, Steve and Penny Moulton of Jakin, GA, Ronnie and Carol Moulton of Cowarts, AL, Kevin and Kaye Moulton of Dothan, AL; two daughters, Cynthia and Benny Maestas of Brunswick, GA, and Susan and Robert Scott of Iron City, GA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvis and Ruby Williams Moulton and his wife Billie Moulton.
