EFFIE HORNE

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Effie Lucille Love Horne, age 91, of Iron City, GA who passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Boomer officiating. Interment will follow in Corinth Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Iron City, GA. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Arthur and Cordelia Watson Love. She was a homemaker, of the Assembly of God Faith and taught Sunday School for many years. She is survived by one son, Larry Horne and his wife Suki of Tallahassee, FL; two daughters, Shirley Lynn and her husband Montague of Panama City, FL and Juanita Sinquefield and her husband Bobby of Iron City, GA. Grandchildren James Allen Horne, Joseph Brian Horne, Craig Sinquefield, Brandon Horne, Lee Horne, Carla Lynn, Zebulon Fenton and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Ralph Horne, one son, James Horne, one great-grandson, Robbie Sinquefield and six brother and sisters. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
