MADINE MOSS WHIGHAM

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Madine Whigham, age 88, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Monday, July 26, 2010 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Whigham will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Oakview Church of God with Rev. Kip Boswell officiating and Bro. Jack Herring giving an eulogy. Interment will follow in the Oakview Church of God Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 PM. Mrs. Whigham was born in Early County, GA on August 7, 1921 to the late James H. and Cassie Smith Moss. She was a member of Oakview Church of God and was a homemaker. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters,Lavenia Dunaway and her husband Ray and Janice Kay Williams both of Donalsonville, GA; five grandchildren, Ron Dunaway and his wife Cindy, Shannon Dunaway and his wife Natalie, Beverly Nichols and her husband Rudy, Lisa Temples and her husband Michael, and Wendell Williams; and eleven great grandchildren, Stephanie Williams, Crystal Williams, Eric Temples, Brandon Temples, Garrett Nichols, Ronnie Dunaway, Gabriel Dunaway, Reagan Bellflower, Brett Ingram, Andrew Ingram, and Ally Haire. She was preceded in death by her parents, James H. and Cassie Smith Moss; her husband, Joe Cell Whigham; two brothers, Hubert Moss and Shelby Moss; a sister, Audrey Hill; one grandson, Ken Williams; and one son-in-law, Kenneth Williams. Active casketbearers will be Danny Moss, Herman Enfinger, Colt Smith, Greg Harris, Mike Adams, and Stephen Moss.
