Bettey Williams

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Bettey Lee Hilliard Williams, age 77, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Saturday afternoon, June 26, 2010 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Williams will be held on Tuesday morning, June 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with interment to follow at Friendship Memorial Gardens with Rev. Charles Dennis officiating. Visitation will be on Monday evening, June 28, 2010 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Williams was born in Battle Creek, MI on March 8, 1933 to the late Dewey and Hazel Pearson Hilliard. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Williams leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Franky Lee Williams, Sr. of Donalsonville ,GA; three sons, Franky Lee Williams, Jr. and his wife Luann of Abbeville, AL, Robert Buyce and his wife Kim of Greenville, OH, and Charles Buyce and his wife Donna of Savannah, GA; two daughters, Pam Dennis and her husband Tub of Donalsonville, GA and Lanna Williams of Greenville, OH; one brother, Jim Pat Stein of Ohio; two sisters, Edna Moore of Donalsonville, GA and Mabel Edwards of Greenville, OH; six grandchildren, Chad White, Reid Dennis, Jillian Buyce, Kristin Williams, Johnny Williams, and Michelle Williams; and two great grandchildren, Zane White and Brayden White. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Hazel Pearson Hilliard and two grandsons, Lee Williams and Brian Williams. Active casketbearers will be Terry Batchelor, Jim Kovacs, J.L. Stephens, Lemuel Ross, Donald Moore, Jr., and Ken Stuart.
