Larry Allan Fleming

We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Larry Allen Fleming, Sr., age 62, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at his residence. A Memorial service will be held Sunday, February 21, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA. Mr. Fleming was born in Portland, TN on April 6, 1947 to the late Alvia Vernon and Eunice Alberta Fykes Fleming. He served his country in the US Air Force. He was a self employed construction worker and will be remembered as working as a DJ in Bainbridge, GA. He is survived by one son, Allan Fleming, Jr. of Tallahassee, FL; two daughters, Lori Fleming of Bainbridge, GA and April Fleming of Tallahassee and a step-daughter Julie Lee of Atlanta, GA; four sisters, Virginia and Steve Markham of Portland TN; Paulette Cothron of Portland TN; Elizabeth Denning of Nashville, TN; Lee and Gordon Meador of Gallatin, TN; one brother, Vernon Fleming of Glasgow, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Savannah Fleming, Siera Fleming, John Fleming and Jermaine Fleming. He was preceded in death by his parents Alvia Vernon and Eunice Alberta Fykes Fleming. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
