ANSLEY BROOKE TRAWICK

We regret to announce the passing of Miss Ansley Brooke Trawick, age 11, of Brinson, GA who passed away Monday, January 25, 2010. Funeral services for Miss Trawick will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2010, at 11:00 AM at Oakview Church of God in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Mylan Brookins, Rev. Jimmy Dean, and Rev. Johnny Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakview Church of God Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA. Visitation will be on Wednesday evening, January 27, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Oakview Church of God in Donalsonville. Miss Trawick was born in Dothan, AL on November 6, 1998 to Gabe and Cindy Cannon Trawick. She was a fifth grader at Seminole County Elementary School in Donalsonville, GA where she was involved with 4-H and the Elementary School Chorale. Ansley loved to play the piano and sing. She had been taking art lessons and enjoyed painting. Ansley was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Cindy Cannon Trawick of Brinson; her father, Gabe Trawick and his wife Anna of Iron City, GA; her maternal grandparents, John Dick, Sr. of Brinson, GA and James Robert Cannon, Sr. and his wife Ann of Jakin, GA; her paternal grandparents, Gordon and Dianne Trawick of Iron City, GA and Joel and Patricia McLeod of Dothan, AL; her paternal great grandmother, Rachel McLeod; and her brother, Gage Trawick of Iron City, GA. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles, Denise Bonner and her husband Monroe of Donalsonville, GA, Jimmy Cannon and his wife Myki of Brinson, GA, Shane Trawick and his wife Cassie of Donalsonville, GA, John Dick, Jr. and his wife Brenda of Iron City, GA, Chuck Dick and his wife Cheryl of Stockbridge, GA, and Terri Jackson and her husband Howard of Zebulon, GA; and cousins, Brad Bonner and his wife April and daughter Cadance, James Cannon, Branson Trawick, Jason Dick, Shelby Dick, Morgan Dick, Bailey Jackson, and Nick Jackson. Regina Sauls, her caregiver, also survives. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Helen Dick; her maternal great grandparents, Herman Brookins, Sr. and Niza Brookins; and her paternal great grandparents, Milton and Esmerelda Johnson and Tom and Clyde Trawick. Active casketbearers will be Wade Kirkland, Dave Lambert, Brad Trawick, Marc Godby, Troy Bush, and Brad Burke.
