GEORGE WILDON WILSON

We regret to announce the passing of Mr. George Wildon Wilson, age 68, of Greenwood, FL who passed away Monday, October 26, 2009 at his residence. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Jeff Morrow officiating. Mr. Wilson was born in Greenwood, FL on January 9, 1941 to the late Sanford and Ossie Brown Wilson. He worked as a mechanic and loved to collect antique automobiles. He leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, Tommie Hawthorne and his wife Denise of Brinson, GA and Ladon Wilson of Marianna, FL; two daughters, Kim Wilson of Donalsonville, GA and Nikkie Wilson of Chipley, FL; one sister, Shirley Moulton of Donalsonville, GA; one brother, Van Wilson, Sr. of Webb, AL; as well as several grandchildren. He is also survived by a special friend, Mary McCormick of Greenwood, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sanford Wilson and Ossie Brown Wilson. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
