Patricia Lynn Strong, age 70, of Ashland, KY and formerly of Iron City, GA passed away Monday, October 16, 2017. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017 at 4:00 PM in Friendship Cemetery with Rev. James Scarborough officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Evans-Skipper Funeral Home.
