Ila Lane Ferguson

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Ila Lane Ferguson, age 90, of Iron City, GA who passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at Donalsonville Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, at 3:00 PM at the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. James Scarborough officiating. Mrs.Ferguson was born in Donalsonville, GA on November 2, 1918 to the late Homer Cleveland and Hattie Ingram Lane. She worked as a secretary. She is survived by a son, Terry Ferguson of Tallahassee, FL and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer Cleveland and Hattie Ingram Lane; her husband Ivan Ferguson; and a son, Alan Ferguson. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
