MARTHA VIRGINIA MILLER

Martha Virginia Parker Miller, age 83, of Conyers, GA and formerly of Donalsonville, GA passed away Wednesday evening, April 5, 2017 in Conyers. Funeral services for Mrs. Miller will be held on Sunday afternoon, April 9, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Jakin Freewill Baptist Church in Jakin, GA with Rev. Wayne Sheffield officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 2:00 PM at the church. Mrs. Miller was born in Atlanta, GA on Sept. 6, 1933 to William Louie Parker and Leila Mae DeLong Parker. She was a homemaker and member of Jakin Freewill Baptist Church. Mrs. Miller enjoyed participating in the games and activities at Westbury where she was a resident. She also enjoyed singing in church. Mrs. Miller was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Cathy Morgan and husband Ron of Madisonville, TN, Becky Roberts of Conyers, GA, and Bud Miller and wife Gena of Donalsonville, GA; five grandchildren, Sheree Morgan, Will Morgan, Aaron Roberts, Parker Miller, and Christina Miller; and seven great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents, William Louie Parker and Leila Mae DeLong Parker; her husband Grady Miller; and six sisters.
