PATRICIA ANN SEYMOUR

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Patricia Ann Seymour, age 53, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Monday, August 3, 2009 at her residence. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2009, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Jack Cowart officiating. There will also be a memorial service on Friday, August 7, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Faith Baptist Church in LaGrange, GA with Rev. Cowart officiating. Mrs.Seymour was born in LaGrange, GA on September 4, 1955 to the late Olin and Novil Adams Smith. She graduated from LaGrange High School in 1974 and was a homemaker. Mrs. Seymour was of the Baptist faith. She was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan, and she had a deep love for animals. However, the main focus and joy of her life was her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 29 years, Rickey Seymour of Donalsonville, GA; four daughters, Heather Seymour of Donalsonville, GA, Misty Martin and her companion Robin Grethe of Kennebunk, Maine, Melanie Williams and her husband Paul of Albany, GA, and Pam Womble of Jakin, GA; one son, Matthew Martin and his wife Amanda of Albany, GA;and 7 grandchildren, Ryan, Austyn, Alex, Hunter, Cody, Aynsley and Caitlin. She is also survived by two brothers, Rick Smith of Sylvana, GA and Butch Smith of LaGrange, GA; one sister-in-law, Susan Maddox and her husband Charles of LaGrange, GA; three brother-in-laws, Johnny Seymour and his wife Darlene of Franklin, GA, Jerry Seymour and his wife Hope of Dawson, GA, and Paul Seymour and his wife Lorie of Pine Mountain, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Olin and Novil Adams Smith; a daughter, Michelle Seymour; and a grandson, Conner Womble. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
