JIMMY CARL MCDONALD

Jimmy Carl McDonald, age 71, of Blakely, GA passed away Friday morning, Dec. 9, 2016 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL Funeral services for Mr. McDonald will be held on Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Flat Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Cory Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Flat Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 2:00 PM at the church. Mr. McDonald was born in Miller County, GA on June 9, 1945 to Ralph Blackshear McDonald and Waver Stinson McDonald. He was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memory, a brother, John McDonald of Blakely, GA; two sisters, Dorothy McDonald Shiver of Rome, GA and Jacqueline “Jackie” McDonald of Colquitt, GA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. McDonald was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Blackshear McDonald and Waver Stinson McDonald and a brother, Ralph Terrell McDonald.
