Patricia J. Fassett, age 77, of Newton, GA, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2016 at McLendon Group Home in Newton, GA. There are no services planned at this time Mrs. Fassett was born in Jersey City, NJ to Claire Topolewski Costello on June 6, 1939. She leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Janet Smith and her husband Jeffrey of Donalsonville, GA; her grandchildren, Tara Singletary, Barry Smith, Amber Scott, and Jeffrey Smith, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Kayla Sheffield, Valerie Sheffield, Bella Singletary, Caleb Smith, Megan Smith and Julia Edgerton. Mrs. Fassett was preceded in death by her mother, Claire Topolewski Costello; her step-father; John Costello; and a daughter, Donna Mullin.
