We regret to announce the passing of Jeanette F. Baker, age 72, of Bainbridge, GA who passed away at the Donalsonville Hospital on April 14, 2006. Funeral services for Mrs. Baker will be held on Monday, April 17, 2006, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Zack Worsley officiating. Interment will follow at Salem-Seminole Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, April 16, 2006 at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Baker was born on June 11, 1933 to Mrs. Nellie Condry Faircloth of Donalsonville, GA and the late Mr. Thomas F. Faircloth. She was a homemaker and a member of Salem-Seminole Baptist Church. She is survived by her mother, her husband, Cullen Baker of Bainbridge, GA; son, Michael and Harriet Baker of Griffin, GA; daughter, Diane and Wendell Johnson of Clewiston, FL; two brothers, Robert Faircloth of Donalsonville, GA and Ronnie and Lydia Faircloth of Colquitt, GA; brother-in-law, Dick Tinsley of Ocean Springs, MS; sisters, Mavis Odom of Donalsonville, GA and Eleanor and Ed Poston of Tallahassee, FL. Six grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by a sister, Geneva Tinsley. Pallbearers will be Richard Johnson, Andrew Baker, Evan Baker, Sammy Joe Baker, Steve Baker and Chris Miller. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
