We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Judy Lynnette Faircloth Wood Cloud, age 63, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Saturday, May 23, 2009 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Brinson, GA with Rev. Andy Merritt and Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, May 25, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Cloud was born in Donalsonville, GA on March 4, 1946 to the late F.B. and Eva Odom Faircloth. She attended Hebrew Free Will Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Kim Earnest(Joey) of Donalsonville, GA and Kelly Marshall(John) of Donalsonville, GA; a daughter-in-law, Jacki Wood of Monroe, GA; 4 sisters, Sue Preston of Milton, FL, Kathryn Smith(Jimmy) of Donalsonville, GA, Etta Tucker of Pensacola, FL, and Charlotte Phillips (Boyd)of Donalsonville, GA; 2 brothers, Bartow (Rae)Faircloth of Brinson, GA and Marshall (Patti)Faircloth of Tallahassee, FL; 7 grandchildren, Chelsea Cook, J. D. Cook, Kandis Marshall, Scott Marshall, Jake Marshall, Luke Marshall, and Landon Wood; and several nieces and nephews.. She was preceded in death by her parents, F.B. and Eva Faircloth; the father of her children, Charles L. Wood; her second husband, Roddie M. Cloud; a son, Kevin Wood; 3 sisters, Gwen Heller, Monica Smith, and Sabra Childress; and 2 brothers, Donnell Faircloth and Haydan Faircloth. Casketbearers will be David Hunt, Calvin Hunt, Lamont Smith, Stanley Sellers, Jeff Childress, Mitchell Comeford, Larry Harrell and Boyd Phillips. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
