DORIS PILLOW MOULTON

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Doris P. Moulton, age 80, of Jakin, GA, who passed away Monday, March 20, 2006 at Early Memorial Nursing Home in Blakely, GA. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 24, at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Mylan Brookins officiating. Interment will follow in the Cedar Springs Cemetery in Cedar Springs, GA. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 23, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA. Mrs. Moulton was born in Chesterfield, VA on September 2, 1925 to the late Floyd Glenn and Hazel Marie Pitchford Pillow. She married A.J. Moulton in 1949, who preceded her in death in 2002. She was a bookeeper and a member of the Donalsonville Church of God. Mrs. Moulton leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Hazel Welch of Jakin, GA; one brother, Edward Pillow of Richmond, VA; one granddaughter, Leslie Welch Elmore of Logan, Utah. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one granddaughter, Sheila Welch Galvin and one great grandson, Sean Galvin. Pallbearers will be Larry Cobb, Randall Cobb, Don Cobb, Max Cobb, Glenn Moulton, Mike Moulton, Ronnie Moulton and Steve Moulton. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to the Donalsonville Church of God, 5060 Hwy 91, Donalsonville, GA 39845. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
