We regret to announce the passing of Janis P. Moulton Simon, age 76, of Donalsonville, GA. Ms. Simon passed away Friday morning, October 23, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services for Ms. Simon will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Cemetery with Jeremy Vickers, Anthony Smith, Brad Smith, Aaron Anglin, Christopher Smith, Cody Hawkins, Jeremy Vickers, Jr., and Paul Drake serving as active casketbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorial contributions be made to Seminole County Warpath on Cancer PO Box 616 Donalsonville, GA 39845. Ms. Simon was born in Donalsonville, GA on July 2, 1939 to Edward David Moulton and Ruby Edwards Moulton. For many years she was a restaurant owner, and she was a member of Rocky Ridge Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Priscilla Anglin and her husband Buddy, Rebecca Smith and her husband Wade, and Melinda (Linnie) Hawkins; her son, Billy (Buddy) Simon and his wife Cheryl; three brothers, Rudolph Moulton and his wife Sam, Jerry Moulton and his wife Carole, and Bobby Moulton; and two sisters, Joyce Drake and Judy Dismuke and her husband Bill. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ms. Simon was preceded in death by her parents, Edward David Moulton and Ruby Edwards Moulton; a daughter, Deborah Vickers; and a grandchild. Jamie Vickers.
