We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Mary Frances Houston Scoggins, age 77, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away at Extendicare Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dothan, AL Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 16, 2008 at 3:00 PM at Friendship Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Charles Dennis and Rev. Kirk Loyless officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 16 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA. Mrs. Scoggins was born in Miller County on November 20, 1930 to the late Bluford Lee and Veda McDonald Houston. She was a LPN and a member of Friendship United Methodist Church in Donalsonville, GA. She is survived by one son, Bill Scoggins, Jr. and his wife Lori of Buford, GA; three grandchildren Jason, Travis and Suzanne. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
