We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Jimmy Duane "Jim" Mock, age 45, of Donalsonville who passed away Saturday, October 11, 2008 at his residence. Graveside services are scheduled for Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Terry Chaney and Vic Stuart officiating. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA. He had owned a finance business for a number of years before becoming a grounds keeper at the Bainbridge Country Club. He is survived by his parents John Robert and Myrtle Mock of Donalsonville, GA; one son; Judson Robert Mock of Blakely, GA; one brother, Bob Mock and his wife, Joye of Donalsonville, GA; one sister, Kristy Smith and her husband Wayne of Greenwood, FL. He is also survived by a niece and nephew Julie and Steve Smith and a great niece and nephew Kinsey and Hunter Smith all of Marianna, FL as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
