We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Inez Miller Cox, age 89, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away Thursday, August 28, 2008 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Rocky Ridge Baptist Church in Donalsonville with Rev. Perry Hearn and Rev. Royce Williams officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at 2:00 PM at Attapulgus Presbyterian Cemetery in Attapulgus, GA. Mrs. Cox was born in Early County, GA on November 7, 1918 to the late Ronald Delma and Vinnie Lou Middleton Miller. She was married to the late L.W. Cox and was a homemaker. She was a member of Rocky Ridge Baptist Church, the Jubilees and Senior Citizens Center. She leaves to cherish her memory one son, Larry Cox of Tallahassee, FL; one daughter, Linda Raffield and her husband Tim of Jakin, GA; five grandchildren, Kim Lambert, Stacie Pickle, Keith Raffield, David Cox and Kevin Cox. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; Savannah Lambert, Drew Lambert, Miller Pickle, Conner Pickle, Annabeth Raffield, Emily Grace Raffield, Katherine Cox and Caroline Cox. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald Delma and Vinnie Lou Middleton Miller; her husband, L.W. Cox; three brothers, John Miller, Winston Miller, Leslie Miller and one sister, Bronnie Gass. Casketbearers will be Keith Raffield, Dave Lambert, Trent Pickle, Kevin Cox, David Cox and Mark Hawkins. Honorary Casketbearers will be Jimmy Miller, Watson Miller, Frank Miller, Ralph Glass, Arthur Glass, Deacons of Rocky Ridge Baptist Church and the Sr. Adult Sunday School Class. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
