Nell Todd

We regret to announce the passing of Nell Hodges Todd, age 70, of Donalsonville who passed away Saturday, December 17, 2005 at the Donalsonville Hospital. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the Dothan City Cemetery in Dothan, AL with Rev. Eric Boomer officiating. Mrs. Todd was born in Houston County, AL on November 7, 1935 to the late Thomas Jefferson and Blanche Granger Hodges. She was a retired Certified Nurses Assistant, a loving sister, mother and grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Edison Rudolph (Ed) Todd, a son Stephen Allen Todd, five daughters Peggy Deese and her husband Roger of Midland City, AL; Linda Middleton and her husband Tim of Iron City, GA; Glinda Whittaker and her husband Wayne of Donalsonville, GA; Pennie Tatum and her husand Cliff of Montgomery, AL; Rita Cox and her husband Kenny of Dothan, AL; a brother Rex Hodges of Thomasville, GA; four sisters Eloise Siemer and her husband Otto of Starke, FL; Morrell Dowling of Dothan, AL; Elaine King of Starke FL; Robbie Murfee and her husband Jim of Prattville, AL and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Rebecca Todd. Evans-Skipper Funeral Home of Donalsonville has been entrusted with the arrangements.
