ROCHELLE WHITTAKER TUCKER MOORE

We regret to announce the passing of Rochelle Whittaker Tucker Moore, age 69, of Donalsonville, GA who passed away on Monday, December 12, 2005 at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2005 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Moore was born in Seminole County on September 17, 1936 to Valeta Faircloth Whittaker and the late Emerson D. Whittaker. She was a retired restaurant owner and a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by her mother, Valeta Whittaker; her husband, George Willard Moore; one son,Todd Tucker (Brooke) all of Donalsonville, GA; one daughter, Tammy Daniel (Shane) of Rock Spring, GA; five step-daughters, Tracy Moore of Dothan, AL; Wanda Crawford (Greg) of Ashford, AL; Samantha Moore of Ashford, AL; April Windham (Rocky); Julia "Doodle" Cole (Josh) both of Echo, AL; two brothers, Manious (Amelia) Whittaker of Donalsonville, GA and E. J. Whittaker (Louise) of Dothan, AL; one sister, Shelvia Jean Payne (Roy) of Liberty, NC. Also survived by one grandchild, Cecily Tucker and five step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roy Tucker; one son, Danny Tucker and one brother, Junior "Cooter" Whittaker. Pallbearers will be Jason Whittaker, Ronnie Tucker, Greg Whittaker, Jimmy Vaughn, Roger Brown and Allen Moore.
